I love the rich blue of the water with a hint of massive underwater rocks, and the misty background which adds a sense of mystery and contrasts with the clarity of the island. When I see cabins like this perched on a tiny island, I always wonder who the owners are and what their lives are like on this wee piece of paradise."
Summer Retreat is an original watercolour painting, mounted on an archival panel with a UV-resistant and moisture-resistant coating, which protects the painting and allows it to be displayed without glass. The archival panel is mounted in a black wood float frame. The image is 24"h x 18"w and is painted on 100% rag watercolour paper. Framed size 25"h x 19"w.
Summer Retreat is valued at $1950. and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
