"This sunset scene was inspired by vintage white pines in the Temagami region of northern Ontario. The title refers to the saying 'Red sky at night, sailor's delight', which promises good weather the day after a rosy sunset."
The Promise is an original watercolour painting, mounted on an archival panel with a UV-resistant and moisture-resistant coating, which protects the painting and allows it to be displayed without glass. The archival panel is mounted in a black wood float frame. The image is 10"h x 8"w and is painted on 100% rag watercolour paper. Framed size 11"h x 9"w.
The Promise is valued at $520. and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
