"When I painted this Lake Superior scene, I wanted to capture a twilight moment, when majestic trees are silhouetted against a simple sunset and everything is quiet. The location is Picture Rock Harbour in Pukaskwa National Park, which is on the shore of Lake Superior near Marathon, ON. Places like this make my spirit soar."

And Time Stood Still is an original watercolour painting, mounted on an archival panel with a UV-resistant and moisture-resistant coating, which protects the painting and allows it to be displayed without glass. The archival panel is mounted in a black wood float frame. The image is 12"h x 16"w and is painted on 100% rag watercolour paper. Framed size 14"h x 18"w.
