"I found a photo of a northern lake sunset in my archives and the unusual colour combination of turquoise and peach caught my eye. In the painting, I added a rocky island and a couple of paddlers heading for home after a glorious day on the water. I like the warm, safe feeling the oranges give to this peaceful scene."

Heading For Home is an original watercolour painting, mounted on an archival panel with a UV-resistant and moisture-resistant coating, which protects the painting and allows it to be displayed without glass.
