Hardcover, 11 x 12", full colour, 77 glossy pages.

The Artists of Kawartha book showcases the art of Karen Richardson and 31 other professional fine artists - painters and sculptors - who live and work in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario. Many of the artists will be familiar to those who have visited the famous Buckhorn Fine Art Festival. World-renowned artist Michael Dumas wrote the foreword and his paintings are featured in the book.

Karen Richardson is offering a special edition of 30 of The Artists of Kawartha books, with a unique 4" x 5" remarque sketch drawn and autographed by her inside each book, and with a custom book jacket (pictured here) featuring Time to Head South, her butterfly and stone painting.

Selection includes: Bird, Butterfly, Dragonfly, Iris, Water Lily, Pine Cone, Feather, Maple Leaf, Sea Shell, Pine Tree, Pebbles, and more. Some of the available remarque sketches are pictured here (click on them to enlarge). You can request which sketch you prefer by adding a note to your on line order.
