The Artists of Kawartha: Special Karen Richardson Remarque Edition SOLD OUT
Hardcover, 11 x 12", full colour, 77 glossy pages.
The Artists of Kawartha book showcases the art of Karen Richardson and 31 other professional fine artists - painters and sculptors - who live and work in the Kawartha Lakes region of Ontario. Many of the artists will be familiar to those who have visited the famous Buckhorn Fine Art Festival. World-renowned artist Michael Dumas wrote the foreword and his paintings are featured in the book.
Karen Richardson is offering a special edition of 30 of The Artists of Kawartha books, with a unique 4" x 5" remarque sketch drawn and autographed by her inside each book, and with a custom book jacket (pictured here) featuring Time to Head South, her butterfly and stone painting.
This is the fourth in a series of Canadian art books with regional themes. The first three were The Artists of Algonquin (with foreword by Robert Bateman), The Artists of Muskoka, and The Artists of Haliburton Highlands.
